The staff were always really helpful and they always did their best to accommodate me. If I ever had any questions, someone always got back to me. Joanne Champion07/02/2024I believe the service provided by the orthodontists is the top notch. However the place is let down by reception. After the first visit they did not check with us if everything is fine and consequently we weren't informed that a next appointment must be book after each visit. Secondly they don't do reminders - they give you a small piece of paper like in sixties (probably still from that time). Even the NHS provides better service - they text you, mail you or even call you. When I asked about it I was told that they didn't have thie facility. Amazing, no e-mail facility in the twenty first century! (There is also no parking facility which makes each visit a hassle, but I can live with that)

I always found the receptionists in the practice to be helpful and pleasant face to face or over the phone. We have moved out to Kent but will still be heading back to Simon for my son's orthodontic treatment as I know he is in the best hands possible. Thank you so much for my new smile, I am over the moon with the results!
