The staff were always really helpful and they always did their best to accommodate me. If I ever had any questions, someone always got back to me. It felt like having the best of both worlds - all the benefits of going somewhere local, where they get to know you and you don’t feel like you’re being churned in and out, but still with the standard of what you would expect in a central London practice. And it’s also good to have treatment that is orthodontist-led.

Fantastic service. My son had braces fitted via the NHS. Simon was brilliant, very professional and friendly put my son at ease. The results are amazing we are all so pleased. All the staff are very friendly and efficient. Very happy indeed.

I believe the service provided by the orthodontists is the top notch. However the place is let down by reception. After the first visit they did not check with us if everything is fine and consequently we weren't informed that a next appointment must be book after each visit. Secondly they don't do reminders - they give you a small piece of paper like in sixties (probably still from that time). Even the NHS provides better service - they text you, mail you or even call you. When I asked about it I was told that they didn't have thie facility. Amazing, no e-mail facility in the twenty first century! (There is also no parking facility which makes each visit a hassle, but I can live with that)

From start to finish I could not have had a better service from Simon during my Invisalign treatment. He was so helpful, informative and professional throughout. I always found the receptionists in the practice to be helpful and pleasant face to face or over the phone. We have moved out to Kent but will still be heading back to Simon for my son's orthodontic treatment as I know he is in the best hands possible. Thank you so much for my new smile, I am over the moon with the results!
